In-Stock Items
All non-gear items ship within 2–3 business days of your purchase.
Gear items (car seats, strollers, and related accessories) may take 7–10 business days depending on stock levels.
Shipments may occasionally occur on Saturdays depending on carrier schedules.

Furniture Shipping
All furniture orders typically ship within 3–12 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
Furniture ships to most U.S. states, except for dressers, which are available for shipping within Georgia only.
In-Store Pick Up
You will receive an email notification once your item is ready for pickup.
Pickups are available during our regular store hours.
Shipping Charges
- Orders under $100: $5 flat rate
- Orders over $100: Free shipping
- Exclusions: Furniture items do not qualify for free shipping.
Furniture Shipping Rate: $100 flat rate per item
Coupon and Discount Policy
Coupons and discount codes cannot be used on:
- Gear items (car seats, strollers, furniture, and related accessories)
- Sale items
- Subscription boxes
The Welcome Coupon (10%) applies only to regular-priced, non-gear items such as clothing, bottles, toys, books, and stuffed animals.
Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:
General Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unopened and unused.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is processed.
Car Seats and Gear
- Car seats cannot be returned once they have left the building.
- All gear must be unopened to qualify for a refund.
- Opened gear or safety products cannot be returned.
Furniture
- Furniture may be returned if unopened and unused.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to furniture returns.
Personal and Hygiene Items
- Items that come into contact with the body (such as maternity bras or mom care products) cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
Custom Orders
- Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Subscription Box Policy
Overview
Our subscription boxes are designed to support you throughout your pregnancy and into early postpartum.
Boxes are tailored to your stage, beginning around 8 weeks of pregnancy and continuing monthly for the remainder of your term, plus two months postpartum.
What’s Inside
Each box includes:
- Full-size and sample products chosen for your specific pregnancy stage
- A tip sheet from an expert relevant to that month (such as birth preparation, travel, or postpartum care)
- A thoughtfully curated mix of essentials, comfort items, and educational materials
Each box is valued at up to $400 of its purchase price, offering high-quality items and meaningful guidance.
Eco-Box System
- Our boxes are reusable and sustainable.
Each delivery includes a return label so you can send the box back for refilling the following month, reducing waste and packaging impact.

Happy Mango operates by appointment to provide personalized, one-on-one service.
During Your Appointment
- Each session lasts 30 minutes
- Our team will discuss your lifestyle and product needs
- Demonstrate strollers, car seats, and bassinets
- Help you select items that fit your family best
- Assist with adding products to your registry or completing your purchase
